A private prosecution was filed at Shah Alam Magistrates Court pursuant to Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code against 2 preachers who have clearly violated the Federal Constitution of Malaysia namely Article 8(2), Article 11(1), (3), (5) and the 5 National Principles (Rukunegara). These individuals have been interfering in other faiths and beliefs through comparison of religion and portraying a negative picture with regards to Non-Islamic beliefs in Malaysia.
